TURKEY ROAST DETAILS: BC Raised and house made turkey roasts, including: all breast roasts, breast + thigh roasts and stuffed roasts. Our turkey roasts are $13.57/lb ($29.90/kg).

DEPOSIT: Your $10 Refundable Deposit reserves a turkey roast in the approximate size you have reserved. The remainder of balance will be due at the time of pickup. 

PICK UP DAYS: Turkey Roast pick up days are Saturday, Dec 21st, Sunday, Dec 22nd and Monday, Dec 23rd. To book your turkey roast, please choose one of the date slots indicated.

CUSTOM CUTS: Locally smoked hams, prime rib and lamb racks are of course, also available by special order. Please click here to place an order for your custom cut.
